Construction

Waterproof construction is the key to the waterproof project. According to the survey, the leakage caused by improper construction is up to 80%. General engineering methods

1. Pre-anti-sticking method

Pre-reverse anti-sticking method: pave the waterproof roll covered with polymer self-adhesive layer in the foundation surface, and then pour the concrete structure, so that the concrete slurry closely connects with the membrane adhesive layer.



Process
* Foundation cleaning: clean debris and dust and remove protrusions on the foundation;
* Positioning & line snapping: According to the work face condition, first snap the first positioning line, and the distance of the second and the first is the width (1m) of a roll. The following baseline is all 0.93m away from the previous baseline for line snapping and positioning. After paving baselines, unfold the roll and adjust the alignment baseline to ensure rolls to be paved flatly;
* Details node waterproof: first conduct reinforcement treatment on pile heads, post-cast strips and other nodes.
* Roll pavement: first according to the baseline laying of the first roll, and then laying a second, and then opened two long membrane lap joints isolation film, the long side lap, lap width 70mm, short side with adhesive tape lap, lap width of 80mm. Precautions
* Pre-reverse anti-stick construction method, the roll should be a single layer laying;

* Facade construction, self-adhesive edge position within 10 ~ 20mm from the edge of the membrane should be mechanically fixed at intervals of 400 ~ 600mm, and should ensure that the fixed position is completely covered by the membrane.



2. Coating & membrane composite construction technology

Coating composite method is the use of CPC non-bitumen-based non-curable rubber waterproof coating and CPC non-bitumen durable reaction-based self-adhesive waterproof membrane composite construction process.



Process
* Foundation cleaning: clean debris and dust and remove protrusions on the foundation;
* Foundation treatment: generally, the coating can be directly carried out after cleaning the foundation, and when necessary, the shot blasting can be carried out.
* Heating CPC non-asphalt-based non-curing rubber waterproof coating: put the paint in the dekeer or heating equipment;
* Detailed node waterproof: first conduct reinforcement treatment on the corner, pipe root, water mouth, deformation joint and other nodes;
* Positioning & line snapping: According to the work face condition, first snap the first positioning line, and the distance of the second and the first is the width (1m) of a roll. The following baseline is all 0.92m away from the previous baseline for line snapping and positioning.
*Trial paved roll: after drying the foundation treatment agent, unfold the self adhered roll on the foundation surface, and fold it back after positioning;
*CPC asphalt based curing rubber waterproof coating construction: the heating of the CPC asphalt based curing rubber waterproof paint into the bucket, pour on the surface, in accordance with the scope of the CPC non elastic line pitch based curing rubber waterproof paint is coated on the surface, coating thickness, the bottom is not exposed;
* paving rolling material: before the coating is cooled, remove the surface isolation film under the self adhesive material and paste the rolled material on the coating.





Precautions
* After the coating is scraped, it is appropriate to put up the material or isolation layer immediately to prevent the adhesive from affecting the stickup.
* When the material of the matrix is added, it should be put up before the coating is cooled, and the coating can be carried out immediately after the paving is completed.
* When the additional layer is constructed, the reinforcement of the matrix should be laid.
* When coating and roll composite waterproof construction, it should be laid before the coating is cooled. The lap joints are bonded by hot melt coatings and sealed with hot melt coatings.



3. Wet paving method

Wet paving method is mainly for the construction technology of CPC non asphalt based durable polymer self-adhesive waterproof membrane, and its principle is to use cement slurry to achieve effective bonding between roll and base.



Process
* Foundation cleaning: clean debris and dust and remove protrusions on the foundation;
* Preparation of cement slurry: first pour the water into the mixing barrel, then immerse the cement in the water according to the weight of cement: water =2:1; drain the excess water and stir it with electric mixer to make it putty.
* Detail waterproof: first conduct reinforcement treatment on the corner, pipe root, water mouth, deformation joint and other nodes before paving rolls and treat them with special sealants; * Positioning, line snapping & trail pavement: Positioning and line snapping as above described. After paving baselines, unfold the roll and adjust the alignment baseline to ensure rolls to be paved flatly;
*Turn back and tear off the isolation membrane: after the test is finished, one end of the roll is lifted and the back is turned back to the other end. With a paper knife in the roll at the fold and cut off isolation film;
* Coat and scrape cement: all the rolls and foundation surfaces need to be scraped and coated with cement slurry once again. The coated and scraped cement paste should be even and smooth, and the width of the coating and scraping will be 100mm wider than that of the rolls.
* Roll paving: one end of the roll is coated with cement slurry to lift back and paved on the foundation surface, with a rubber scraper or roller from the middle to both sides to exclude air blowing pressure, enabling the roll to fully adhere to the foundation surface, the cement slurry scraping pressure discharged back scraping edge, the other end is coiled on the same method for paving treatment.





Precautions
* If the ambient temperature is too high, cold water can be drenched on the surface of the membrane in order to tear apart the isolation membrane.
* Because this product has good bonding performance, it is difficult to recover once the crosslinking is formed. Therefore, the builders need to do a good job of planning, and should try to make a success as much as possible to avoid the inconvenience caused by repeated construction.
